St George's Hospital Doctors' Mess Summer Ball 2010: Midsummer Masquerade St George's Doctors' Mess Summer Ball is helping to raise money for HPN. We would like invite those who would like to attend the ball and support HPN. Details of the event are included below: Venue: The Hurlingham Polo Club, Fulham, SW6 3PR ( www.hurlinghamclub.org.uk) Date: Friday 30th July Time: Reception 7.30pm for Dinner 8pm Theme: Midsummer Masquerade Tickets: £80 (£60 for St George's Doctors' Mess members)
The event includes: - Wine reception with opera singers from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama - 3 course dinner with petits fours and coffee - Free Bar for 3 hours after dinner (ie. until 1am) - Live auction and raffle - Speeches from HPN members - Live band - Under the Covers - DJ to follow band so we can dance the night away Purchasing Tickets: If you would like to join us at the ball please email us at tickets@hpnepal.org and provide us with the the following: - Name(s) - Number of tickets - Contact email and telephone number - Your preferred method of payment Payment: You can pay in cash or cheque (made payable to St George's Doctors' Mess.
