NMCTH and SGUL will establish corresponding Link Committees to explore avenues of coordination in training, exchanges and research collaboration.
Through HPN, doctors will provide training and education opportunities for NMCTH staff and students in Nepal. In addition, HPN aims to secure positions on UK training courses for NMCTH doctors, organise visits to NMCTH by UK HCP to assist with development of a Neonatal ICU capability and HCP training, provide assistance with the development of an infection control policy and promote knowledge-sharing and training in development of the NMCTH trauma centre for the comprehensive management of victims of conflict.
HPN aims to establish a NMCTH-SGUL exchange scheme of small numbers of students on a regular yearly basis, with supported costs.
